A Collective of Visionaries
Our founders’ journey across the world, from palatial resorts to iconic urban developments, instilled a deep appreciation for the beauty and complexity of well-designed spaces. Alongside this, however, was a growing desire for something more personal. In the midst of ambitious international projects, our founders found that their fulfillment came from those rare moments—walking through a project, meeting with clients face-to-face, collaborating on spaces that would be used for connection.
Tower Design Studio is more than a firm; it is a collective of creativity who see beauty as a calling. Our ethos, “Elevated Living,” encapsulates our commitment to create extraordinary spaces with a grounded approach.

Allie Bergeron
Principal
From leading interior design projects for luxury resorts to creating residential spaces around the world, Allie’s journey through design has been a tapestry of precision and perspective.
Working for one of the top interior designers in Dallas, she solidified an understanding of the balance required to bring beauty and functionality into harmony for high-profile clients, while managing complex projects with unapologetic attention to detail.
These experiences in design have shaped a keen sense of space that balances opulence with restraint, blending lavish aesthetics with purpose. Exposure to international building standards and material has refined her philosophy—one that appreciates the interplay between local culture and high net-worth expectations, bringing a sense of exclusivity to every project.
Through these roles it became clear that design should be more than a polished, impersonal service; but rather an intimate process rooted in human connection and authenticity. This realization sparked the ambition to Co-Found Tower Design Studio, a firm that would reject the increasingly commoditized trend of design and creative services. Allie sought a more human, vulnerable, and ultimately more personal approach to design, aiming to tear down conventional structures of legacy firms and build something deeply connected to clients' aspirations and enhance their experiences.
Everett Ledet
Managing director
Everett brings a unique fusion of business acumen and innovation to his role, skillfully guiding high-end projects that balance aesthetic vision with operational precision. Described in Dallas’ PaperCity as “bringing business acumen to creative endeavors,” his executive leadership spans a distinguished career in luxury hospitality and creative service sectors worldwide, offering a rare perspective on the global marketplace.
With a foundation from Hilton Conrad School of Hospitality Management, and more recently the Harvard Business School, he has led transformative projects in creative services management and construction, overseeing global strategy, construction management, and technology integration.
Reflecting on his career, "I pride myself on bringing faith, courage, and measure to the lives around me. With that, I work to build relationships that are meaningful, learn all I can, and give back as much as possible.” This ethos permeates his leadership, inspiring both team members and clients alike.
Now, as Co-Founder of Tower Design Studio, Everett’s twenty-year journey has come full circle. His international work inspired him to cherish projects that he can touch and clients he can connect with personally. Tower represents his commitment to honest, hands-on endeavors, and his belief that creating beauty is work that enriches the community. He sees Tower Design Studio as a place where his values, skills, and vision for authentic relationships come together to craft spaces that resonate on a human level, with an enduring dedication to quality and integrity.
