Through countless brainstorming sessions, sketches scattered across our desks, and lively debates about design philosophies, we realized that “Elevated Living” wasn’t just a tagline but a guiding principle that shapes every decision we make.

In our earliest conversations about launching Tower, we kept coming back to a simple truth: human-centric design means listening intently to each client’s story. Both Allie and I have personalities rooted in curiosity—we love finding out what makes people tick and uncovering the “why” behind their dream projects. This sincere interest in our clients’ narratives is what led us to develop a highly collaborative approach. Our work starts long before we open design software; it begins with genuine conversation, thorough discovery, and a commitment to truly understanding a client’s aspirations and challenges.

Even though our professional experiences are grounded in design, business, and project management, we never shy away from showing our personal side.  

Allie’s natural warmth and attention to detail complement my knack for strategic thinking and creative problem-solving. When we decided on the name Tower, it felt like the perfect symbol of our brand promise. “Tower” speaks to ambition, replacing old conventions with innovation, and the power of looking skyward for inspiration.
